Accessibility is treated as a curriculum-design constraint from the start—not a final readability check. Quality controls cover learner language, visual clarity, cultural relevance, financial formulas, Alberta content and facilitator judgement.

A five-gate quality process
Approval occurs before full production and again before handover.
Early prototyping reduces the risk of producing an entire package in the wrong voice, density or facilitation style.
Traceability review
Every objective, output, activity and indicator is mapped before drafting.
Prototype approval
A complete vertical slice is reviewed for style, language, activity design and usability.
Content validation
Financial, registration, tax, GST, banking, credit, licensing and regulatory content is source-checked and date-stamped.
Facilitator usability
Timing, instructions, materials, transitions, evidence capture and adaptations are tested as a delivery system.
Final technical QA
Files, formulas, links, accessibility, version labels, naming, editable formats and LMS-ready architecture are checked.
Controlled revisions
Consolidated review rounds, decision logs and version control protect both quality and schedule.
Alberta content assurance
A source register makes local accuracy maintainable.
The curriculum distinguishes educational information from participant-specific legal, tax or financial advice and records when each key source was checked.

Facilitator calibration
“Ready” should mean the same thing across facilitators.
Rubrics use evidence anchors, examples and escalation rules rather than relying on personal intuition alone.
Independent
The participant completes the task accurately and can explain the decision without material prompting.
Supported
The participant completes the task with structured prompts or correction and can use the result.
Incomplete
Evidence is absent, materially inaccurate or not yet usable; a specific support action is recorded.
